Buffalo can manufacture a steel tray or alloy tray (aluminium tray) for any ute. We don’t require your new utility to build the new tray just the make, model, year and colour if applicable.

Heavy Duty Aluminium Trays

Need a heavy duty tray but don’t want the rust factor of a steel tray? Then Buffalo’s heavy duty aluminium tray is for you. Our aluminium ute tray is built to handle the big jobs whilst being relatively unaffected by salt water, fertilisers, the majority of agricultural chemicals, lick blocks and feed supplements.

Built on the same concept as a steel tray from the headboard right down to the chassis mounts there are no little bolts and steel hinging systems holding Buffalo trays together that will shake, rattle and rust. All material used for the alloy tray have an increased thickness. For extra strength headboard pipe has a massive 5mm wall thickness and mounts are 12mm thick plate.  All drop sides and tailgates come standard with box section welded in to the top and the bottom so our sides don’t roll in when you are tying down a real load.

Heavy Duty Steel Trays

Buffalo heavy duty steel trays are built tough. All sections are folded and welded for strength, no little bolts holding them together that’ll shake, rattle and rust. All dropsides and tailgates come standard with box section RHS welded in so our sides don’t roll in when you’re tying down a big load.

You choose the paint job, 2-pack, powder coat or enamel.

Bullbars

Buffalo now produces airbag compliant bullbars for the Toyota Landcruiser 70 series vehicles and the VW Touareg.

 The airbag compliant VW Touareg Bullbar incorporates the existing parking sensors in a sleek aesthetically pleasing beam. To our knowledge, we are the only company in Australia that produces a true bullbar for the Volkswagen Touareg that conforms to ADR rulings. The Touareg Buffalo Bullbar not only gives you a frontal protection system but also allows you the opportunity to fit accessories such as driving lights and any required ariels if needed.

The airbag compliant Toyota Landcruiser Bullbar is available in a 2 poster, 4 poster or 5 poster. The standard bar incorporates a significant approach angle grin in the beam to reduce grinding when traversing gullies and creeks. Bullbars can also be supplied as winch compatible.
